LogRocket Raises $25 Million in Series C Financing; Plans on Improving R&D Efforts and Bolster Workforce

A human life, as we know, tends to have a lot of different patterns, but the most notable pattern from this lot is surely the one of constant progression. You see; when someone is trying to get better under all situations, they, almost as a by-product, end up giving themselves a fair look at achieving some notable milestones. The same is reflected well in all what we have achieved so far. However, none of those milestones represent it better than technology. Technology gets to be the ultimate anomaly here for reasons that are much bigger than its skill-set. For instance, they also revolve a great deal around the creation’s reach, which was quick to stretch across our entire spectrum. However, even after making us what was an entirely tech-driven society, technology will continue to bring the right goods. In fact, one recent funding really does a lot in keeping this trend alive and kicking.

LogRocket, a provider of software frontend monitoring and analytics services, has successfully secured over $25 million in Series C financing. The raise, which was co-led by Delta-V Capital and Battery Ventures, is expected fund LogRocket’s efforts around the R&D block. Apart from it, the company will also use a chunk of the funds to initiate a recruitment drive that will take its 130 personnel-big workforce to a sizeable 180. Since starting out in 2016, LogRocket has focused rather extensively on monitoring front-end components, an approach that is somewhat refreshing amidst all the focus on backend components. The company’s method of recreating user-reported issues to understand why they might’ve occurred has turned it into a proven industry leader. However, that’s not LogRocket’s only area of concern, as it also let developers see users journey through app flows, and consequentially, assess which behaviors might result in higher conversion rates.

“With consumers accelerating their adoption of digital channels around the world, there is more data than ever before that can be used to optimize experiences — leading to an overwhelming amount of data in most analytics products. [Companies] don’t need more data, they need more actionable insights from their data,” said Matt Arbesfeld, co-founder and CEO of LogRocket. “We founded LogRocket to help front-end engineers and product managers build better digital experiences by surfacing and identifying the root cause of the most impactful problems in their software products.”

To expand on its initial progress, LogRocket even launched a mobile app monitoring product, along with a feature called Conditional Recording, which builds around user-defined conditions and machine learning to help the developers in capturing highly-specific experience data. At the moment, the company has well over 2,600 customers, including “large U.S. state governments and agencies,” that seemingly use the platform to monitor 3.5 billion app sessions and 300 billion users’ interactions a year.
