Embarking on a New Virtual Chapter

While there are many things that help human beings in standing out, our willingness to grow on a rather consistent basis does it much better than others. You see, when you are able to get better regardless of the situation, you end up making yourself eligible for some really notable milestones along the way. Talk about the milestones we have stumbled upon so far, each one has added to our lives in its own unique manner, but if we are being honest, none of them even come close to matching technology’s level. Technology gets to be a cut above others for reasons that go beyond its skill-set. We can contextualize the stated statement by looking at how the creation was so successful in using those skills for impacting our entire spectrum. Interestingly enough, even after taking over the entire landscape, the creation will continue to deliver all the right goods, and one example for the same emerges from a recent Meta move.

Meta is officially set to launch a full-fledged virtual designing store called the Meta Avatars Store. According to certain reports, the all-new virtual store will launch across multiple platforms in Facebook, Instagram, as well as Messenger. Talk about the brands, it is expected to feature various big names, including Balenciaga, Prada, Thom Browne, among others. As for the locations, Meta will start the whole operation by tapping into markets like US, Canada, Thailand, and Mexico. One fact worth noting here is that, despite the commercialization of these avatars and their attires, the free clothing options for the same will remain available.

“We’re launching our Avatars Store on Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger so you can buy digital clothes to style your avatar,” said Mark Zuckerberg. “Digital goods will be an important way to express yourself in the metaverse and a big driver of the creative economy. I’m excited to add more brands and bring this to VR soon too.”

The move follows up on Meta’s longstanding efforts to make virtual reality an integral part of its stratosphere. Only last year, the company brought 3D avatars to Instagram, while also scaling up the stated picture on Facebook and Messenger. Coming back to the latest designer store, it will launch with a long-term plan of transitioning into an open marketplace for developers where they can create and sell unique clothing in a hassle-free manner.

If the available details are to be believed, Meta will price the products between $2.99 and $8.99
