After that comes risk review which means to review the risk if it has already happened and sort ways of not repeating it. This could also mean to understand what might have happened if the risk was unavoidable and sort ways to prevent risks directly in the future and not wait for the last moment.
These could prevent the incoming risk and make the healthcare sector much more advanced and better at their job. Risk management must be taught to every staff as a technique and make sure the staff follows us.
