Regie.ai Secures $10 Million in Series B Financing; Plans to Bring an AI Punch to Your Marketing Copy

Human beings have always enjoyed a ton of valuable elements at their disposal, and yet you cannot find anything more valuable here than our tendency to grow on a consistent basis. This tendency, in particular, has allowed us to hit upon some huge milestones, with technology appearing as a unique member of the stated group. Talk about technology’s anomalous credentials, they essentially stem from its loaded skill-set, which introduced us to all those possibilities that we couldn’t have imagined otherwise. Nevertheless, if you look a little deeper, it becomes clear that the whole runner is also very much inspired by how we used the stated skills in a real-world setting. The latter component, in fact, did a lot to give the creation a spectrum-wide presence, and consequentially, kickstart a tech revolution. This revolution, in turn, will go on to enhance our living experience from every conceivable direction, but even after going that far, technology will just continue bringing all the right goods to the table. The same has only turned more evident on the back of our recent progression, and a new piece of funding should very well propel it towards a bigger horizon.

Regie.ai, a startup using OpenAI’s GPT-3 text-generating system to create sales and marketing content for brands, has successfully secured over  $10 million in Series A financing. Led by Scale Venture Partners, the round went on to see many other participants, including Foundation Capital, South Park Commons, Day One Ventures, and various prominent angel investors. Founded in 2020, Regie.ai has purposed its operations around helping companies in regards to communicating with their customers via channels like email, social media, text, podcasts, online advertising and more. Now, while the company’s GPT-3-centric approach is usually brought in to generate content like poetry, prose, and academic papers, Regie.ai has, interestingly enough, molded its application through a training data set of roughly 20,000 sales sequences and nearly 100 million sales emails. As a result, the company’s customers are able to create a type of content that fits their sales pitch in the best possible way.

When quizzed regarding the innate approach of using AI to put-together a detailed marketing copy, Srinath Sridhar, co-founder of Regie.ai, said:

“Generative AI is completely disrupting the way content is created today. The biggest competitors of Regie would be the large content authoring and management platforms that will be completely redesigned AI first going forward,” he said. “For example, Adobe’s suite of products including Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, now Figma as well as Adobe Experience Cloud will start to get outdated as Regie continues to build on an intelligent content creation and management platform for the enterprise.”

At the moment, Regie.ai is serving more than 70 software-as-a-service customers on annual contracts, including AT&T, Sophos, Okta, and Crunchbase, with the company’s total funding till date settling around $14.8 million.
